MBA Master of Business Administration
An AMBA-accredited MBA for aspiring leaders, combining strategy, finance, and leadership with international study tour and consultancy project.
Course overview
The Luma MBA is designed for professionals with at least three years of management experience who seek to accelerate their careers into senior leadership roles. The programme is accredited by the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and emphasises applied learning through case studies, simulations, and a live consultancy engagement.
Core modules cover strategic management, corporate finance, marketing strategy, operations excellence, and organisational leadership. You will examine ethical decision-making, sustainability, and the responsibilities of business in society through our integrated Responsible Business module.
The international study tour provides first-hand exposure to business practice in a contrasting economy. Recent cohorts have visited Singapore, Berlin, and Dubai, meeting executives from multinational corporations and local enterprises.
Elective options include digital transformation, entrepreneurship, healthcare management, and supply chain strategy. The MBA consultancy project pairs student teams with organisations facing genuine strategic challenges, delivering board-level presentations and written recommendations.
Our MBA cohort is deliberately diverse, with students from engineering, healthcare, finance, and public sector backgrounds. This diversity enriches classroom discussion and builds a powerful professional network.
